GET TO KNOW ME
I approach therapy with warmth, curiosity, and a deep trust in the intelligence of the human system. I honor the courage it takes to seek change—because it’s often born out of pain, longing, or the sense that something more is possible. From this place, I help individuals, couples, and families heal from trauma and shift long-standing patterns so they can experience more connection, meaning, and satisfaction in their lives.
I understand—both personally and professionally—that relationships can be some of the most meaningful parts of our lives, and also some of the most painful. That’s why I’m especially drawn to working with couples and families. Together, we begin to notice the patterns that shape how you relate—often outside of awareness—and gently create space for something new to emerge.
"These mountains that you are carrying, you were only supposed to climb."
- Najwa Zebian
Over the years, I’ve supported clients navigating a wide range of challenges—including the impacts of childhood trauma, substance use, domestic violence, grief and loss, anxiety and depression, codependency recovery, relationship issues and couples therapy. At the heart of this work is a focus on attachment and relationship patterns—how we come to relate to ourselves and others, and how those patterns can be transformed.
My approach is body-oriented and experiential, informed by Pesso Boyden System Psychomotor Therapy (PBSP). Rather than only talking about problems, we slow things down and track what’s happening in the present moment—emotionally, physically, and relationally. I pay close attention to the subtle signals of your body and nervous system, trusting that they carry important information about your history, your needs, and your capacity for healing.
I see symptoms as meaningful—not something to get rid of, but something to listen to. Often, they point directly to the places where something essential was missing or overwhelmed. When met with care and precision, they can become powerful entry points for healing and integration.
“Our wounds are often the openings into the best and most beautiful part of us"
-David Richo
In many ways , we can live inside patterns that once made sense but no longer serve us. Therapy can be a space where you begin to sense that something more is possible, and where new experiences open the door to new ways of being.
You don’t have to do this alone. I’m here to support you in finding greater clarity, connection, and freedom.
