GET TO KNOW ME
I approach therapy with hope, caring, and optimism. My passion is to help people break long held patterns so they can find meaning, satisfaction, and healing.
I understands both personally and professionally, that although relationships are among the most meaningful things in our lives, they can also be very painful. Through my creative and engaging style of relating, I help clients discover and break patterns that keep them stuck. I believe the intersections between our past and our present can be doorways into our greatest healing.

“Our wounds are often the openings into the best and most beautiful part of us.” — David Rico

Remember the popular 1998 movie, The Truman Show? The movie illustrates a situation in which we often find ourselves. Truman Burbank (played by Jim Carey) is carefully fooled into thinking that a life-size movie set is his reality. He doesn’t break free from his prison until he is ready to believe that there’s more to his life than meets the eye. Our dilemma is much the same as Truman’s. We’ve lived so long thinking that what we see around us is all there is, that we’ve forgotten we were made for so much more. But we can’t do this alone. I’m here to help you find hope, strength, and healing for some of life's toughest challenges.
